Currently working as a top ESD researcher in Japan, a faculty member and a senior manager of a university, and a leader of several sustainability projects, Dr. Ninomiya-Lim will talk her thoughts on women's career development in relation to sustainability by sharing her own experience of studying and working in different sectors in Japan and abroad.
During the session, Dr. Ninomiya-Lim will facilitate the students discussion on how their thinking on well-being and career has/ has not changed before the COVID-19 spread and now.
